YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Operations Department, you will be responsible for supporting the field and headquarters teams to ensure the quality, relevance and technical innovation of ACF’s interventions in Mental Health and Psychosocial Monitoring.
More precisely, you will:
– Provide technical advice to missions by advising SMSP Department Managers (RDD) and providing them with a capitalization strategy, providing support for technical choices in proposals, and encouraging the partnership approach.
– Promote and evaluate the technical quality of interventions by contributing to the definition and updating of intervention strategies developed by the missions, by disseminating internal technical standards and evaluating their compliance, by verifying the implementation of the capitalization strategy, by analyzing monitoring indicators.
– Develop the technical expertise of teams by capitalizing on good practices developed on missions, by proposing existing or new technical approaches to missions, by designing training modules and facilitating them.
– Participate in the management of human resources in the professional sector by carrying out technical recruitment interviews, correcting technical tests, participating in assignment meetings, participating in briefs/debriefs for expatriates, ensuring the role of technical referent for RDD.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a Bac+5 higher education in the technical field of reference, Mental Health Psychosocial Support
You have humanitarian experience of at least 3 years including 1 year in a coordination position.
Field experience with ACF is a plus.
You master the techniques of supporting and developing the skills of employees
You master project management methods (PCM)
You have the following qualities: rigor, sense of organization and management of priorities
Mastery of French and English imperative.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Status: Integrated Manager – Fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
– Remuneration: 40 to 52KEUR gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
– Benefits:
– 21 days of RTT

– Mandatory presence at headquarters for 1 day per month has been defined for this position, outside of collective face-to-face hours.
