DESCRIPTION
Program Support (30%):
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of priorities and document happenings across teams, branches, and care delivery sites.
- Create and prepare operational documents and project planning materials.
- Provide project management and support with coordinationand executionof initiatives and deliverables under the CNO’s purview/scope of work.
- Synthesize content, key messages, presentations, and briefings for meetingsin correspondence with internal and external stakeholders for the CNO.
- Develop and manage processes to monitor and track short and long-termproject initiativesand all related tasksthat support the facilitation of program implementation related to various stakeholders.
- Provide planning, oversight, project and logistical support for Nursing and TOCÂ team retreats.
- Serve as a thought partner to CNO and Senior Program Associate to identify cross-cutting process improvements, implement best practices, and ultimately work to support and drive the success of the teams within the larger OnePIH community.
Executive Support (30%)
- Provide calendar management tooptimizethe time of the CNO.
- Schedule all meetings, appointments, conferences, and speaking obligations forthe CNOin a timely manner.
- Accompany the CNO to identified meetings for agenda setting, note taking, and support with follow up correspondence.
- Draft official and unofficial correspondence for the CNO’s review.
- Arrange flights, hotel accommodations, visas, ground transportation and other travel logistics for the CNO and the extended Nursing team when needed.
- Manage the submission of invoices, requests for reimbursement, collection of receipts, and managing corporate credit card statements on behalf of the CNO.
- Collaborate with other supportive staff, including Executive Assistants, to plan schedules and supportOnePIHleadership across the organization.
Relationship Management & Communication (20%)
- Support the CNO, and extended nursing team, with thoughtful engagement between any/all external partners, includinghigh profile academic institutions, donors, PIH board members, and other personnel alike.
- Develop written documents/content for dissemination to respective staff, donors and partners.
- Serve as a primary liaison between theOnePIH Nursing &Midwifery community and all engaging stakeholders.
- Support the stewardship of partner engagement through creating meeting agendas, documentingimportant meeting information/takeaways/action items, developing follow up processes, retreat logistics and implementation, etc.
Research & Analysis (20%)
- Conduct contextual researchand write literature reviews on key nursing, midwifery and healthcare issues that occur in low-and-middle income countries with a PIH nursing presence.
- Collaborate with the Senior Program Associate to analyze reports, articles, statistics, and other additional resources, to develop relevant presentations, report, infographics, and documentation alike.
Requirements andQualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Professional experience (3-5Â years minimum) in a fast-paced office setting
- Experience with budgeting and/or coordinating international travel preferred
- Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
- Advanced organizational and detail-oriented skills and a strongability to effectively managecompeting priorities and tasks while meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage sensitive information with diplomacy, sound judgment, and creatively problem solvein ambiguous contexts with limited information
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and work effectively within a team
- Must be a quick learner and easily adapt to changing circumstances
- Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse staff across departments and countries in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to mastering a comprehensive understanding of the goals and objectives of the Chief Nursing Officer and Partners In Health at large
- Interest in social justiceand global healthstrongly desirable
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.); experience with Canva preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between$60,000 and $75,000/year. The starting salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Full time employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, the week of July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.
