Job Title: Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities
- Help patients with mobility, transferring them between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
- Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Report any changes in a patient’s condition or behavior to the RN.
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of an RN.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and common areas.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely, including vital signs, medication administration, and patient responses.
- Participate in patient care planning discussions as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a CNA is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
