Person Specification
- 8+ years in health services management, ideally within an HMO.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine / Surgery, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Organizational skills, healthcare regulatory knowledge, provider network management.
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, committed to transforming patient care.
