Role Description
- The Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for performing diagnostic tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring accurate results.
- The role involves maintaining high laboratory standards, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and supporting quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Certified by MLSCN or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, equipment handling, and quality control measures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laboratory software and reporting tools is an advantage.
