Job Title: Senior Registrar  – Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and trainable Senior Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join our team.
• This position offers hands-on clinical experience and mentorship in a supportive, high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervised care for antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal patients.
• Assist in the evaluation and management of common gynecological conditions.
• Support senior registrars and consultants in obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Participate in ward rounds, case presentations, and departmental clinical meetings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital documentation standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Attend training sessions, clinical postings, and academic reviews as part of residency.
• Observe and learn surgical procedures such as cesarean sections and evacuations.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant clinical experience in O&G.
• Currently enrolled in a residency program in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Passed Primaries in Obstetrics & Gynecology (NPMCN or WACS).
• Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
