BID NOTICE
The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC is undertaking a Master Services Agreement with a company or firm that can provide Health Insurance
in Whole of Syria.

Offers to supply will not be accepted after close of business on (5:00 PM Syria Time). 11-September-2025
• All bidders must fully answer all questions in the RFP.
• All required documentation must be submitted together with the quotation.
• Failure to complete any parts of the RFP document, or failure to submit required documentation will result in elimination from the bid process.
Bids will not be accepted after close of business on BID CLOSING DATE/TIME.
