Job Summary
- We are looking for a Counseling Psychologist to join our team and help our patients live better lives by helping them develop problem-solving skills to address anxiety and emotional disorders.
- A Counseling Psychologist’s responsibilities include building relationships with patients by listening and assisting them in developing habits that improve their lives and overcome stress, anxiety, and behavioral disorders.
- Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to understand and address their anxiety and emotional needs to help them live healthier lives.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient consultations to help build patient relationships.
- Assess patients and identify their problems.
- Create and employ treatment plans.
- Evaluate patients undergoing treatment and adjust wellness plans as needed.
- Engage in discussions with patients and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Record patient information and manage confidential files.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Counseling Psychologist or similar role.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients.
- Highly analytical mindset.
