As part of the implementation of its activities, the NGO Helen Keller International is launching this call for tenders for the recruitment of a firm for the implementation of a post-vitamin A supplementation campaign coverage survey called “PECS” for the second pass (P2) of the vitamin A supplementation campaign for 2026.
The post-event coverage survey (PECS) will be carried out in the 05 regions supported by Helen Keller International, within a maximum period of four (4) weeks after the end of the second transition of the year 2026 of the JVA+ in order to limit bias linked to recall.
The PECS survey aims to assess the quality and performance of recently implemented JVA+, estimate the effective coverage achieved and document the factors that influenced this coverage, in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
