Job Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose pediatric and adult medical and emergency cases within the scope of specialization.
- Provide medical care and monitor patients’ conditions.
- Conduct clinical examinations and request the necessary laboratory and radiological investigations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans under the guidance and supervision of the specialist physician.
- Manage emergency and critical cases and participate in resuscitation procedures when required.
- Follow up with patients after treatment and evaluate their response to treatment.
- Document medical cases, examinations, procedures, and treatments provided.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians, medical staff, and nursing teams.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control measures, patient safety standards, and approved medical protocols.
- Participate in shifts and provide 24-hour medical care according to the work schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS or equivalent).
- Valid medical practice license.
- Experience or clinical training in emergency departments.
- Ability to manage emergency and critical cases.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and perform well under pressure and during shifts.
