Job Title: Care Team Lead (Doctor)

Location: Agric, Ikorodu – Lagos

Job Summary

• The Care Team Lead will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the hospital’s Care Team, ensuring high standards of patient care, clinical governance, teamwork, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the Care Team.
• Oversee the quality and safety of patient care.
• Coordinate doctors, nurses, and other clinical personnel.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hospital policies, and professional standards.
• Monitor patient management and clinical documentation.
• Support clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor clinical team members.
• Liaise with management on clinical operations and service delivery.
• Handle clinical escalations and ensure timely resolution of patient-care issues.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient experience.

Requirements

• MBBS from a recognised institution.
• Valid and current medical licence.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-clinical experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a growing healthcare environment.
• Applicants residing within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu, and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
