Are you a skilled South Sudanese professional passionate about strengthening health systems and making a lasting impact in your country?
HACOF South Sudan is bidding to implement a nationwide initiative focused on improving health sector performance, transparency, and service delivery through independent monitoring and data-driven engagement.
We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified, committed South Sudanese experts eager to contribute to meaningful change. These positions are not yet active but are part of an upcoming initiative. Candidates will be considered for recruitment upon successful project confirmation.
Play a direct role in improving healthcare access and accountability while influencing decision-making through data, evidence, and independent monitoring. We are assembling a diverse team of South Sudanese experts and specialists, and we invite expressions of interest from qualified professionals ready to lead and shape the future of the health sector.
Dashboard Specialist:
Designs, builds, and maintains interactive dashboards integrating project and geospatial data. Ensures information is clear, timely, and useful to program managers and donors.
• Develops interactive dashboards that bring health data to life.
• Design and manage user-friendly dashboards that track key health indicators
• Integrate spatial and programmatic data for real-time monitoring
• Use PowerBI, ArcGIS, or similar tools to visualize progress and gaps
• Ensure dashboards are tailored for both technical and non-technical users
• Train staff and partners on dashboard use and interpretation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in dashboard design and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in PowerBI, ArcGIS, Azure, Shiny, and data cleaning tools
• Experience working in development or humanitarian projects
