Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hospital Administrator to oversee daily hospital operations, ensure efficiency across departments, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and administrative systems.
- Coordinate clinical, billing, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Implement and monitor hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Supervise billing, admissions, records, and patient flow processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between management, medical staff, and external partners.
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare administration
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Proximity to Victoria Island is mandatory
