Role Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
• This individual will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base within the wellness and lifestyle sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and affiliates
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Collaborate with the marketing(brand executive, frontdesk, ex and product teams to create tailored proposals and campaigns
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals
• Maintain close relationships with existing clients and partners
• Represent The DEW Lifestyle Company at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in the wellness, lifestyle, or consumer goods space)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset
• Passion for wellness, holistic living, and personal development
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
