Role Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
- This individual will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base within the wellness and lifestyle sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and affiliates
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with the marketing(brand executive, frontdesk, ex and product teams to create tailored proposals and campaigns
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals
- Maintain close relationships with existing clients and partners
- Represent The DEW Lifestyle Company at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in the wellness, lifestyle, or consumer goods space)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset
- Passion for wellness, holistic living, and personal development
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
