YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the field coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality implementation and monitoring of nutrition and health program projects. Your missions will be as follows:
– Pilot, implement and supervise the activities of nutrition/health projects;
– Manage, supervise, train ACF teams and develop their skills;
– Develop and participate in the nutrition/health strategy and the writing of new interventions;
– Represent ACF and develop local partnerships;
– Ensure internal reporting and planned deadlines, as well as the functionality of accountability mechanisms, the fight against fraud and against cases of SEA;
YOUR PROFILE
With BAC + 3 training in health nutrition and/or a related field (nurse, doctor, midwife, Master in public health), you have at least 2 years of experience in project management in humanitarian work in a complex context,
You have knowledge of the project cycle: PCIMA,
You are capable of building and monitoring monitoring tools,
You are creative in the solutions proposed,
You have perfect mastery of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook , internet,
You have demonstrated training skills and are keen to improve the skills and empower your teams,
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
– 2.5 months of fixed-term contract under French law
– Gross monthly starting salary from 2130 to 2475EUR depending on experience
– Per diem and monthly living expenses: 1031EUR (see eurocost) net, paid in the field.
– Monthly context allowance: 450EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000EUR/year)
– 16% of gross monthly salary for retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens.
– Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
– Medical Coverage: 100% of coverage for health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Leave and RnR: 25 days per year, 20 RTT per year and 215EUR paid during the recovery period
