Qualifications and Skills
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialized training in Anaesthesiology.
- Valid medical license and board certification in anaesthesiology.
- For Nurse Anesthetists: Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Proven experience as an Anesthetist in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Excellent knowledge of anesthetic equipment, medications, and monitoring techniques.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
- Operating rooms, surgical centers, ICUs, and outpatient clinics.
- May require night shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
- High-stress situations and critical decision-making environments.
