Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Summary of Responsibilities
- A suitably qualified, customer-focussed case manager to provide case management services in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- The position encompasses the daily management of patient accounts whilst working as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- WASSCE / SSCE / Matric or equivalent
- Appropriate medical training (either Enrolled Nurse, Professional Nurse or similar)
- Nursing Council receipt and ICD / CPT Coding is a pre-requisite
- Nursing Council Registration appropriate to relevant Medical Qualification an advantage
- 5 years experience as an Enrolled or Professional Nurse and at least 2 years as a Case Manager
- Customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage various stakeholders and must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
