Achievers University, Owo, was approved and licensed by the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2007. The institution commenced academic activities on 2nd April, 2008. The University, which is situated in a serene and conducive environment, has matriculated 13 sets of students and graduated nine sets of “Achievers” who are making their marks in all spheres of human endeavours. The University now fully operates at its permanent site at Km 1, Idasen-Ute Road, Owo.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Degree in Medicine from a recognized university, and must have been registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria plus at least a Master’s Degree in a field related to Public and Family Medicine with
- not less than (15) years post-registration experience, ten (10) of which must be cognate health and medical administrative experience, preferably in a reputable health institution.
Salary and Conditions of Service
- Salary, allowances and other benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, are as approved by the Governing Council of Achievers University, and are favourably compared with what obtains in other public and private universities.
