Job Title: Doctor

Location: Endo, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Doctor to join our factory clinic in Endo, Nasarawa State.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical care to employees and ensuring the effective operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to staff and other authorized patients presenting with illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
• Conduct medical consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care when required.
• Monitor and manage occupational health and workplace-related medical cases.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Prescribe medications and refer patients to hospitals or specialists when necessary.
• Conduct routine health checks and promote preventive healthcare among staff.
• Advise management on staff health, workplace safety, and medical concerns.
• Ensure proper management and availability of medical supplies and equipment.
• Prepare periodic medical reports and health statistics for management.
• Work closely with the HR and Safety departments on employee health and welfare matters.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and practising licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant clinical experience; experience in occupational or industrial medicine is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a factory/industrial environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies.
• Must be willing to work in Endo, Nasarawa State.
