Job Title: Female Medical Officer (Post-NYSC)

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
• Provide initial patient care and perform a comprehensive evaluation, including the client or patient’s medical history.
• Document all patients’ evaluations, which include complaints, history, examination,n laboratory investigations, treatment plan, follow-up, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures
• Provide health education and support to patients and their relatives
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality with patients
• Liaise with other medical staff and clinical team in ensuripatients /clientsnts get the best quality care
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patients’ encounters and complaints.
• Ensure patients’ safety and address medico-legal concerns.
• Liaise with the Clinical Coordinator or other medical officers, as the case may be,e to resolve medical concerns
• Identify and assess patients and clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Stabilize patients in crisis by carrying out all necessary procedures that are required. These may include, but are not limited to, catheterization of the Urinary bladder, placement ofan  NG tube, circumcision, and other procedures as the case may be.
• Coordinate the nurses, other clinical and support staff to prepare patients for surgery, assist in surgeries, and follow up on patients post op, making sure all instructions are followed.

Requirement and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine.
• Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC.
• Full Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria as a Medical Practitioner
• Valid Annual Practicing License
• NYSC Discharge Certificate / Exemption.
• She must be ready to resume on the 1st of November, 2026
• Schedule: 24 hours on and 2 days off.
