fixed-term contract for a Health Technical Officer – Paramedical Training Development Ukraine M/F
The Health Technical Officer will be responsible for providing the technical support necessary for the implementation, monitoring-evaluation and reporting of the “Ukrainian Red Cross Nursing Training Institute” project.
He/she will also contribute to the development of advocacy with the relevant authorities for the reform of nursing training in Ukraine. This position aims to ensure the quality and relevance of technical interventions within the framework of the “Nursing School” project, while ensuring the coordination and consistency of interventions in compliance with the regulations and policies of the CRF internationally.
– Development of technical expertise and scientific monitoring
Ensure ongoing technical and scientific monitoring in the field of nursing care.
Analyze the evolution of needs and intervention contexts to advise on the planning and implementation of projects.
Identify partnership opportunities and contribute to the enrichment of a network of specialists.
– Coordination and technical advice
Serve as an interface between the different components of the Movement and the team in the field, ensuring effective coordination.
Participate in working groups, steering committees and monitoring meetings by providing technical expertise.
Contribute to the formulation and adjustment of training modules, ensuring their alignment with European standards.
– Support for the implementation and quality of training
Provide technical and methodological support in the preparation, organization and creation of the Training Institute.
Support the acquisition of necessary materials and equipment, and participate in the organization of visits related to the project.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of training, proposing corrective measures if necessary.
– Representation and communication
Represent the CRF in brainstorming meetings with other technical partners and participate in the CRF’s international communication.
Write articles and technical studies, producing data and analyses to promote the project.
– Technical and regulatory monitoring
Monitor the evolution of applicable technical standards and regulations, and control their implementation.
Facilitate access to technical knowledge, coordinate the knowledge capitalization process.
Lead training activities and promote the development of skills among teams, particularly national staff.

Holder of a professional health diploma in the medical or paramedical field , you have skills in operational management of training establishments and master the project management cycle
You know how to build an appropriate training response and design innovative educational projects by involving the various stakeholders in the project
You have the ability to anticipate changes in professions (nursing in particular)
Your English is fluent
Adaptable, committed, caring, you have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work independently on the projects assigned to you.
