JOB DESCRIPTION
NRC recruits a ( e ) Assistant ( e ) MoovCoom HSS, in the region of the Center based, in Ouagadougou. NRC Assistant MuvCoom HSS is expected to work in accordance with the fundamental values of the organization: dedication, innovation, inclusion and accountability. - Ensure that any file within the HSS department is scanned and archived on Team Site and Share Point; and;
- Support the finalization of the HSS documents and ensure their electronic and physical archiving.
- Ensure the scanning of HSS documents and share the physical documents with the designated managers
- Track all movements of NRC staff via TerraMar (GPS Tracker) in the security zones ‘’dangerous or critical’’ and SMS/Call for travel in areas of security level ‘’low and medium’’ ;
- Monitor the management of HSS equipment such as GPS Tracker, Thuraya, PowerBank, Talky Walky, Physical Maps and others;
- Store and label the chrono workbooks of the’ set of physical documents on request of the supervisor
- Perform the’ recording of the outputs/inputs of any HSS equipment
- Participates in the’inventory and the’acquisition of equipment to make the HSS department more operational.
- Facilitate effective communications and information flow for all teams in the field and across the field.
- Diploma : At least one BAC+2 degree (BTS, DTS, DEUG II, etc. in Social Sciences, risk management, Administration and logistics ; project management, conflict management, management, etc, Humanitarian coordination ; etc. ;
- At least one (01) year of’experience in the field of health, safety and security management ; management of staff movements… ;Â
- Knowledge of’archiving techniques and/or professional experience as an Archivist in an Administration or in a humanitarian context ;
- Previous professional experience/knowledge in complex and unstable contexts.
- Â Good knowledge of the political, social and security situation in Burkina Faso ;
- Good expertise in’analysis, communication and drafting of HSS documents ;
- Good knowledge in computer science and easy contact
