NRC is recruiting a MoovCoom HSS Assistant, in the Central region based in Ouagadougou. The NRC MouvCoom HSS Assistant is expected to work in accordance with the organization’s core values: dedication, innovation, inclusion and accountability. - Ensure that any file within the HSS department is scanned and archived on Team Site and Share Point;
- Support the finalization of HSS documents and ensure their electronic and physical archiving.
- Ensure scanning of HSS documents and share physical documents with designated managers
- Track all movements of NRC staff via TerraMar (GPS Tracker) in ‘dangerous or critical’ security zones and SMS/Call for movements in ‘low and medium’ security level zones;
- Track the management of HSS equipment like GPS Tracker, Thuraya, PowerBank, Talky Walky, Physical Cards and others;
- Store and label the chronological binders of all physical documents upon request of the supervisor
- Perform recording of exits/entries of all HSS equipment
- Participates in the inventory and acquisition of equipment to make the HSS department more operational.
- Facilitate effective communications and information flow for all teams in the field.
- Diploma: At least a BAC+2 diploma (BTS, DTS, DEUG II, etc. in social sciences, risk management, administration and logistics; project management, conflict management, humanitarian coordination; etc.;
- At least one (01) year of experience in the field of health, safety and security management; management of staff movements, etc.;
- Knowledge of archiving techniques and/or professional experience as an Archivist in an Administration or in a humanitarian context;
- Previous professional experience/knowledge in complex and unstable contexts.
- Â Good knowledge of the political, social and security situation in Burkina Faso;
- Good analytical, communication and drafting skills for HSS documents;
- Good computer skills and easy to contact
