Job Title: Health & Wellness Consultant (Female)

Job Summary
- We’re looking for someone passionate about natural health, with a background in clinical or pharmaceutical settings, and a desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives using holistic and science-backed solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional guidance and recommendations to customers on supplements, herbs, detox plans, and wellness products.
- Conduct online and in-person consultations to assess customer health concerns and recommend appropriate products.
- Review and approve product listings from a clinical or safety perspective.
- Collaborate with our marketing and content team to develop health tips, articles, and wellness resources.
- Assist in live webinars, health talks, or YouTube video features as the Recs-Medix in-house expert.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in supplement safety, usage, and contraindications.
- Offer internal training sessions to our customer care and sales team for better service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Nursing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Public Health, Herbal Medicine, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a hospital, pharmacy, health clinic, or wellness institution.
- Familiarity with herbal remedies, nutraceuticals, or alternative health practices is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy-driven customer service approach.
- Must be confident, approachable, and passionate about health and wellness.
