Job Description
- The successful candidate will provide clinical quality-assurance and authorization support using Kinnser, now known as WellSky Home Health. This is a fully remote, non-patient-facing position.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Review nursing and therapy documentation in Kinnser/WellSky Home Health.
- Audit clinical records for accuracy, completeness and Medicare compliance.
- Review plans of care, physician orders, OASIS documentation and clinical visit notes.
- Identify missing signatures, dates, orders, assessments and supporting documentation.
- Confirm that clinical documentation supports the patient’s plan of care, medical necessity and home-health services.
- Return incomplete or inconsistent documentation to clinicians for correction.
- Follow up on outstanding corrections and documentation deadlines.
- Assist with insurance-authorization submission, tracking and follow-up.
- Maintain authorization and quality-assurance work queues.
- Communicate professionally with clinicians, intake personnel and agency management.
- Escalate clinical or compliance concerns to the agency’s licensed clinical management team.
- Prepare reports showing completed reviews, outstanding corrections and authorization status.
- Follow all agency policies, Medicare requirements, HIPAA rules and confidentiality standards.
Professional Qualification
Applicants must be one of the following:
- Registered Nurse
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
Mandatory Experience
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of three years of home-health experience.
- At least one year of hands-on experience using Kinnser/WellSky Home Health CRM
- Previous experience in home-health clinical quality assurance, chart review or insurance authorization.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare home-health regulations and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with OASIS documentation, plans of care, physician orders and home-health clinical notes.
- A valid professional qualification or licence as a registered nurse or physical therapist.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and meet documentation deadlines.
- The ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and strict patient confidentiality.
- Kinnser/WellSky Home Health Experience Mandatory.

- N.B: Older Intel Core i3, Celeron, Pentium, AMD A-Series and Ryzen 3 computers will not be accepted.
Minimum Internet Requirements:
Applicants must have:
- A minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.
- A minimum upload speed of 20 Mbps.
- A stable wired Ethernet connection, where available.
- Stable Wi-Fi may be accepted where a wired connection is unavailable.
- A reliable backup internet connection.
- The ability to make and receive clear VoIP calls without interruption.
- Applicants must provide a recent speed-test screenshot showing their download speed, upload speed and connection type.
Compensation
USD 3.2 per hour (N500,000 – N700,000 monthly).

Selection Process
Candidates will complete:
- An initial application and equipment review.
- A preliminary screening interview with Flexteem LLC.
- Two rounds of technical and clinical interviews.
- A possible practical assessment involving home-health documentation and Kinnser/WellSky workflows.
- A final interview with the U.S.-based home-health agency.
Important Notice
- Hands-on Kinnser/WellSky Home Health experience is mandatory. Applicants without previous home-health and Kinnser/WellSky experience will not be shortlisted.
- Candidates must answer all interview and assessment questions independently. The interviews will verify the candidate’s actual home-health, clinical, Medicare and Kinnser/WellSky experience.
