- Coordinates viral load optimization, flagging of unreturned viral load results for their mop-up from the PCR lab across facilities in the LGA
- Supervises Lab activities documentation in the facilities within the LGA of coverage
- Conducts RTCQI and competency assessment for testing points and testers under the supervision of the Supervisor
- Monitor recency testing across sites in the LGA
- Support DTS production for QC and PT, ensure that QC is run and documented properly, and ensure that PT is distributed and results retrieved and submitted to the Supervisor.
- Track stock utilization in facilities to avert any possible stock out and coordinate commodity redistribution to facilities as necessary.
- Report lab-related program implementation gaps identified in the facilities to the Supervisor.
- Supports QMS implementation in all the facilities and provides TA for facilities lab staff
- Participate in the LGA MDT program review for effective program implementation
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
