Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Medical Doctor to lead our medical teams and contribute to the development of our healthcare services.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Team Leadership: Lead and supervise junior medical staff, provide guidance and mentorship, and contribute to their professional development.
• Clinical Decision-Making: Make informed, evidence-based decisions regarding patient care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols, and implement best practices in patient care.
• Medical Administration: Manage medical records, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Continuing Professional Development: Stay current with medical advancements, attend conferences and workshops, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent medical degree, registered with the relevant medical council.
• Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
