Job Title: Medical Officer

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• We are hiring a competent and dedicated Medical Officer with a minimum of 6years post-NYSC clinical experience to work with our client in the healthcare industry.
• The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care, support clinical operations, and ensure excellent patient outcomes in line with best medical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient medical care.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medical emergencies and perform minor procedures as required.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff for coordinated care.
• Participate in clinical reviews, CME activities, and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical medical standards.
• Support hospital protocols, infection control practices, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Valid MDCN license with minimum 6 years post-NYSC experience.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across general medicine.
• Experience managing emergencies and common outpatient conditions.
• Experience managing emergency surgical cases where neccessary
• Good communication, empathy, and patient-centered care orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.

• Salary: N420,000 – N450,000 monthly.
