The board ensures that health services are delivered to the community through various facilities, coordinates related activities, and implements strategies to improve health outcomes by focusing on prevention, health promotion, and accessible and affordable care.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess an MBBS, MD, or MB,ChB from a recognized Medical College.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate/ Exemption Certificate
- Certificate of Full Registration by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria(MDCN).
- Annual Practicing License by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Birth certificate or Age declaration.
