Job Title: Medical Officer
Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with established protocols and standards.
- Participate in daily ward rounds, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and holistic patient care.
- Participate in emergency and on-call rotations as required.
- Support hospital initiatives on clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent Degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid MDCN license to practice.
- Completion of NYSC (or exemption).
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
