Job Title: Medical Oncologist

Job Summary
- As our Medical oncologist, you will be responsible in ensuring optimal patient outcomes, leading quality audits, and supporting staff development.
- The successful candidate will also participate in developing and reviewing clinical treatment protocols, providing expert case reviews, and playing an active role in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits on patient care processes, treatment protocols, and clinical procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement corrective actions and enhance clinical care quality.
- Review selected medical oncology cases to ensure clinical accuracy and the appropriateness of suggested treatment.
- Ensure that treatments are aligned with international standards and reflect the most up-to-date evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology, or related oncology specialty.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical oncology with a focus on patient care, treatment planning, and protocol development.
- Proven ability to lead quality assurance initiatives and manage clinical audits effectively.
