Job Overview
- As a Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, support physicians, and ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.
- Your role involves assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, and implementing and evaluating nursing interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results.
- Provide wound care and assist with minor surgical procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving care when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree (associate or bachelor’s degree) from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate attitude.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in a specialized area (e.g., ICU, ER, Pediatrics) is a plus.
