JOB SUMMARY

The nurse will provide medical services and assist doctors in the health center.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TheNurse has the following responsibilities and duties:

1. Perform daily nursing activities to fulfill the technical requirements of the resettlement countries in the areas of

• Medical examinations,
• checking vital signs, weight, height, visual acuity
• Blood, urine or sputum collection as required

1. Treatment and referrals
2. Pre-departure procedures and medical movements;
3. Documentation, certification and information transmission; and,
4. Other technical areas may be required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Should have the following skills, education, and experience:

1. Nursing institute, nursing school, or nursing college degree.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in humanitarian field
3. Experience in first aid and medical case management.
4. Ability to handle work pressure and collaborate within a team.
5. Familiarity with hospitals, medical centers, and available specialties within their working area.
6. Physical fitness for working as an emergency medical technician.
