Job Description
- Notify managing physician about unusual or unexpected events or problems
- Gather health histories, perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedure
- Planning and delivering patients’ care,monitoring patient’s progress.
- Taking samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
- Monitoring and administering medication.
- Ensuring medical records reflect symptoms, treatments, and administration of prescribed and over-the-counter medications
- Performing intake duties to obtain information from patients and, in some cases, from families or guardians
- Evaluating test results to determine underlying physiological reasons for patient symptoms
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing.
- Must hold current license/registration to practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
