BT Health & Diagnostics Centre (PPC Limited) is a Diagnostic Centre operating as Public Private Partnership project providing Radiology, Pathology and Cardiology service in a Tertiary hospital in Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Nursing Manager
Location:Â Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains and evaluates patient/client data collection systems and processes to support the practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care.
- Monitor daily schedulling for timely flow and reduced waiting time
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction
- As needed, performs direct patient care, operates equipment safely and correctly, and carries out medical treatments and special procedures.
- Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and relatives during and after procedures.
- Ensures availability and operation of necessary clinical equipment and supplies in the nursing station
- Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
