The CSAI Foundation seeks to incorporate a coordinator for the projects of the Specialized Medical Training Program (PFMES) of the AECID in Mali and Mauritania. The position includes technical and institutional coordination, monitoring of activities, preparation of reports and economic and logistical management of projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree.
- High level of Spanish and French languages (minimum B2 due to training or experience).
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of project cycle management (logical framework approach) and results-oriented management of at least one (1) year.
- Availability to travel.
MERITS
- University postgraduate degree in any of the subjects related to the projects: health systems, health management, development cooperation, medical specialties, etc.
- Work experience of at least two (2) years, in execution and/or coordination of international cooperation projects.
- Work experience of at least two (2) years with public or private institutions in the health area in developing countries.
- Experience in project management of at least one (1) year with financing from the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
- Experience of at least one (1) year in the Arab world and/or in the Sahel.
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in health training.

WAY TO ACCREDIT THE REQUIREMENTS AND MERITS:
All documentation to prove, both the requirements and the merits, must be presented before the date of completion of the selection process by the candidate. In the event that the candidate does not present it, the Foundation may require him to do so.
Documentation accrediting the requirements:
- Copy of the required degree: University Degree.
- Copy of the required language qualification: B2 Spanish and French language certificate. Failing that, verification/testing of Spanish and French languages. In the case of being a national of a Spanish-speaking or French-speaking country, it will not be required.
- Work certificate/copy of the required qualification /affidavit: Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of project cycle management (logical framework approach) and results-oriented management of at least one (1) year.
- Availability to travel: Prove by sworn statement or on your own CV.
- Documentation accrediting the merits that applicants wish to be valued.
- The alleged merits must be possessed by the end date of the application submission period and must be timely documented in order to be evaluated.
