CONTEXT :
In 2022, the Human Resources Department of Handicap International established a Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) division with the following prerogatives :
· To ensure the adaptation of work situations by reconciling the comfort of employees and the performance of the organization,
· Ensure the various factors of professional equality within HI,
· formulate operational recommendations aimed at guaranteeing the physical and moral health of employees, and,
· To support the managers in the prevention of occupational risks and the improvement of working conditions.
The cluster includes the Manager, two Psychologists, a Diversity and Inclusion Manager and a Health and disability representative.
We are currently looking for a Physical Health Referent as part of the maternity leave replacement of the Health and Disability Referrer.
DESCRIPTION :
The Referent Physical Health will be responsible for the implementation of “Staff care” for all employees of the organization on the perimeter of physical health. He will provide individual monitoring of employees and advise managers and HR Managers on all matters relating to physical health.
Its missions :
Mission 1: Strategy and Pilotage
· Implement and evolve health policies in line with the legal framework, in a spirit of continuous improvement of the quality of services and processes (Duty of care), and,
· propose and implement actions promoting well-being at work, in particular on the themes of quality of life at work and prevention of psycho-social risks, and,
· To ensure the follow-up of the health budgets for the headquarters and the international staff,
· Participate in the development of an internal culture of risk prevention by raising awareness among employees.
Mission 2: Standard and Expertise
· Support the deployment of physical health policies, processes and tools for the different populations of the organization, including,
· Perform a monitoring and benchmarks on the health perimeter of the world of business and international organizations, and,
· ensure compliance with the legal obligations of the association.
Mission 3: HR Implementation
· Accompanying the international staff and the headquarters staff individually
· Ensure the establishment of a “staff care” system for physical health and advise technically on this perimeter
· Advise HR departments on employee health issues and support them in identifying and preventing risks.
· Representing the health centre at the Staff Representation Offices at the local level.
PROFILE:
HOLDER of’a training in public health, prevention and health at work or risk prevention (nursing profile health at work), you have already worked in the field of occupational health for at least 3 years. You know how to work independently and show relational’aisance, D’ listening and discretion. You have a good level in English at’oral as at’. Experience in NGOs and/or in the field will be appreciated.
