Job Title: Regional Operations Manager – North 1
Location: Abuja, Kaduna, Kano and Kogi
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate daily operations across Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, and Kogi.
- Drive operational efficiency, service quality, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, coach, and manage operational teams across the region.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the logistics, courier, transportation, or related industry.
- Must be based in Abuja.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
