Overview
- The Centre for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or organizations to develop an innovative online application designed to build the capacity of nurses in both rural and urban areas across Nigeria.
- This initiative aims to enhance nurse leadership skills, improve healthcare delivery, and promote professional development among the nursing workforce.
Scope of work
The selected consultant or organization will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing an online application that provides:
- Interactive training modules and courses on leadership and management for nurses.
- Access to resources and tools for continuous professional development.
- A platform for peer networking and mentorship opportunities.
- Real-time data tracking and reporting features to monitor progress and outcomes.
- User-friendly interfaces accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct / review needs assessment to identify specific requirements for the online application.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline.
- Design and develop the application with interactive and engaging content.
- Test the application to ensure functionality, user experience, and security.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in developing online applications or e-learning platforms, preferably in the healthcare or educational sectors.
- Strong understanding of nursing education and leadership development.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and incorporate user feedback.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver the project within the specified timeline and budget.
