Description of the Assignment:
The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Nepal is currently implementing a project Strengthening Health resilience in Nepal-HIV, TB & Malaria (Global Fund) that requires the services of a National Consultant for Health Financing and Costing Consultant for Development of National HIV Strategic Plan 2026-2031 to perform the work described as per the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) – Annex 1.
Objectives of the assignment
The overall aim of this consultancy is to provide country context, technical inputs, and writing support for the development of Nepal’s National HIV Strategic Plan 2026–2031 as a fully costed strategic plan. The primary responsibility of this assignment is to cost the finalized strategic plan, ensuring that strategic priorities and investments are clearly defined, financially quantified, and aligned with national HIV targets to be achieved by the Government of Nepal and its partners.
Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 30Â days spread over three months
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
