Requirements and Skills:

The Pediatrics doctor should have the following skills, education, and experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in medicine
2. Specialization in Pediatrics
3. Experience of at least 3 years
4. Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
5. Problem-solving skills
6. Empathy skills
7. Critical thinking skills
8. Written and verbal communication skills
9. Stress tolerance
