Job Description
- Namz Diagnostic, a reputable and fast-growing medical laboratory in Nigeria, is seeking the services of a qualified Dermatologist to join our clinical team.
- This role involves close collaboration with our laboratory scientists to provide expert care and diagnostic insight for patients with skin, hair, and nail conditions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail disorders
- Recommend and interpret relevant laboratory and pathology tests
- Review and consult on skin biopsy and dermatopathology results
- Work closely with the lab team on skin-related investigations (e.g., fungal cultures, allergy tests, skin swabs)
- Offer patient counseling and treatment plans based on lab findings
- Support dermatological training for clinical or lab staff when needed
Requirements
- MBBS Degree with postgraduate specialization in Dermatology (FWACP, FMCP, or equivalent)
- 2 – 10 years work experience.
- Current license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- Experience in a clinical or diagnostic lab setting is an added advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
