Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the country field coordinator, your missions will be as follows:
– Contribute to the definition of health and nutrition support activities for the Ile-de-France base partners,
– Contribute to monitoring the context on the challenges of health/nutrition and partner activities,
– Ensure the deployment of health and nutrition support activities of the Ile-de-France base partners,
– Ensure the reporting of activities carried out in the field and the analysis of qualitative data and quantitative,
– Support the reporting of information from the field for communication and advocacy purposes,
– Manage and supervise the team and/or volunteers,
– Participate in training and integration briefings for new team members and volunteers,
– Ensure the sharing of information necessary for the smooth running of the volunteers’ mission,
YOUR PROFILE
You have specialized training in food-health, public health, nutrition, nursing DP,
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the humanitarian field and/or in the field of social assistance,
You have project management skills based on partnership approaches,
You know the issues of food insecurity and access to health in Île-De-France,
You demonstrate diplomacy and you have a good educational approach,
You with excellent oral and written expression,
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Status: Integrated manager – 9-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary conditions:
– From 36K to 44KEUR gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
– 21 days of RTT
– Health coverage, welfare: Support 80% by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package covered between home and work
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8EUR
Teleworking: Open to all te·s and from the metropolitan territory. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 2 days per month on average for meetings and collective events
