YOUR JOB AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development and revision of the diagnostic and planning methodology for strengthening health systems
– Contribute to documenting the needs for integrating nutrition into primary health services in order to propose adequate programmatic and advocacy interventions
– Adjust the RSS methodology on the basis of the knowledge generated, as well as the needs of the field, new modules could be developed (the integration of mental health and practice of care in the health system, community participation, the resilience of the systems including response to epidemics).
– Adjustment and development of tools to support the methodology (Briefing papers on the 6 pillars, subject documentation in particular according to needs, etc.)
Provide direct support to missions
– Provide remote or in situ support to pilot missions the approach according to the needs formulated by the RTO. Train ACF teams in SSR (headquarters and missions)
– Support missions on the implementation of structural strengthening and on recommendations drawn up on emerging themes (community participation in the governance process, nutrition in UHC, inequities, strengthening the resilience of systems in relation to epidemics, etc.)
– Recruit RSS experts and support them in taking up their positions.
Develop and contribute to the definition of positions on HSS
– Define organizational positions on ACF’s involvement in supporting the structural pillars of the health system.
– Contribute to the development of technical positioning and operational recommendations on the issues of UHC, nutrition in UHC, community participation in the HSS process and health equity and HSS based on the expertise and experience of ACF, is built and supported with the Rights and Essential Advocacy Services Pole
Contribute to the documentation of the effects of the RSS methodology
– Develop and implement mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of planning resulting from RSS exercises

YOUR PROFILE

Graduated in public health, you have a minimum of 2 years experience in the management of public health projects. Mastery of health issues in developing countries and of monitoring & evaluation are imperative. You also have recognized and successful experience in the organization and moderation of consultation and strategic development workshops.
Autonomous in the management of your priorities, you are recognized for your relational qualities, your capacities for analysis and synthesis as well as for your skills in coaching and training.
Experience in the implementation of RSS exercises within ACF would be an added value
Fluency in French and English is essential.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

– Status: Autonomous Executive – CDD – Full-time – replacement of parental leave
– Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
– Remuneration: – From 39K to 43KEUR gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
