Job Title: Aesthetic Doctor

Job Summary
- The Aesthetic Doctor is responsible for providing expert non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments to clients, including laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and other anti-aging solutions.
- This role combines medical knowledge with aesthetic artistry to deliver safe, effective, and satisfactory outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilitiesa
Clinical Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and skin assessments.
- Recommend and perform appropriate aesthetic treatments such as:
- Laser hair removal
- Skin resurfacing
- Botox and dermal filler injections
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Body contouring procedures
- Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient history, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
Treatment Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and equipment maintenance.
- Educate clients about post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
- Identify and manage any complications or adverse effects appropriately.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory compliance in aesthetic medicine.
Clinic Support & Client Relations:
- Collaborate with aestheticians, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless client experience.
- Uphold client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, client retention efforts, and brand representation when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice medicine in Nigeria (MDCN registration).
- Certification or training in aesthetic medicine (Botox, fillers, laser, etc.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetics or dermatology clinic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and passion for aesthetics and skin health.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
