YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibility is to identify and implement quality, relevant and innovative SMPS interventions in compliance with the strategy, ACF and international standards and national policies, for the eastern zone of Chad.
More precisely, you will be in charge of:
– Fueling the reflection on the strategy and positioning of the SMPS department
– Identifying needs and contributing to the formulation of projects
– Ensuring the implementation, monitoring and reporting of SMPS projects
– Contributing to Quality and Accountability process and impact measurement of SMPS programs
– Participate in the coordination, representation and ACF partnerships in eastern Chad
– Supervise and manage your teams
– Contribute to the capitalization and technical development within the SMPS sector
– Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of data collected during SMPS activities
YOUR PROFILE
You must have a master’s degree in clinical psychology with a title of psychologist validated in your country of origin.
You have good experience as a clinician.
You also have experience in implementing emergency humanitarian projects.
You are fluent in oral and written French.
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
– Fixed-term contract under French law: 3 months
– Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475EUR depending on experience
– Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
– Specific multi-post allowance country: 15% of the gross monthly salary
– Increase in base salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
– Per diem and monthly living expenses: 720EUR net, paid in the field
– Monthly context allowance: 450EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000EUR/year)
– Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
– Medical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
– Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year ;Â payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215EUR fixed compensation per RnR
