Job Description
- This role is responsible for applying Anaesthetist knowledge and skills in Providing Assistance to Anaesthesiologist during the conduct
Job Responsibilities
- Cleans, sterilize, disinfects, orderstocks and maintain anaesthesia surroundings
- Prepare and maintain patient monitoring devices including pulse osimeter,
blood pressure cuff, capnograph, thermometer, ECG - Assist with the transport of critically ill patient and post anaesthesia recovery
- Maintain the system check of the Anaesthetic machine and breathings circuits
- Monitoring of blood loss, fluid balance, eye care, temperature monitoring
during short and long procedures - Assisting the Anasthestic during induction by providing all intubation materials
including difficult airway devices - Sterilization of anaesthetic equipment
Key Result Areas/ Performance Goals:
- Turn Around Time (TAT) in ensuring Sterilization of anaesthetic equipment
- Compliance to scheduled time
- Transport of critically ill patients
- Compliance to safety measure
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Professional Diploma in Anaesthetic Technician
- Practice Lienees
Technical Competencies:
