CONTEXT :
Within our Department of Institutional Financing (DFI), you work within a team of 10 people in Lyon and about thirty other employees in our national associations. The DFI defines the fundraising strategy with major public institutions (EU, United Nations, Ministries and cooperation agencies) to finance operations. It also supports HI programs in managing the donor relationship and funding contracts.
As part of the deployment of a CRM tool for managing the donor relationship and the institutional funding cycle, we are looking for a Deployment Manager to ensure the implementation of the solution on the geographical scope entrusted and support new users in getting started with the tool.
MISSION:
To reach this goal :
1. You implement the tool’s deployment plan on the assigned geographical scope :
– Ensure the implementation of prerequisites for deployment)
– Animate the training of new users and present the training and support systems available.
– Monitor the recovery and import of data from the new tool and ensure their proper integration.
– Contribute to the improvement of the global deployment framework of the solution.
2. You handle support requests from new users:
– Classify requests for assistance according to their content and degree of urgency.
– Provide effective support adapted to the computer skills of each user.
– Analyze the evolution of requests for assistance and propose solutions to facilitate the handling of the tool.
3. You organize the transition to day-to-day management
– Monitor the quality of the information entered in the tool and propose solutions to reduce errors or omissions.
– Report to the Project Manager the needs for improvement or optimization of the tool as well as good practices and difficulties encountered.
– Finalize the deployment by organizing a closing meeting.
– Participate in the capitalization of the deployment methodology.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
With at least 2 years of experience in an associative environment, you are familiar with the management of the donor relationship and the financing contract cycle and you have already used solutions (software, Excel tables or other) for the analysis funding from institutional donors. Previous training facilitation experience is a plus.
Autonomous, you also know how to show initiative and rigor.
You are recognized for good interpersonal skills, clear and precise communication.
ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE:
The position is located in Open Space, boxes are available for more calm if necessary and the workspace is very bright. The substation is easily accessible by public transport thanks to its proximity to several bus and metro lines. Parking is available. Regarding the building, elevators and access ramps are in place.
