Information and support officer for the endTB project
(endTB information and support officer)
Context
endTB is a project that aims to provide access to new treatments for patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). The project is carried out in partnership with Partners in Health (PIH), Interactive Research and Development (IRD), Harvard Medical School (HMS), the Institute of Tropical Medicine-Antwerp (ITM), Epicenter and University of California San Francisco (UCSF ). It is co-financed by Unitaid and certain consortium partners. Two endTB and endTB-Q clinical trials are being conducted under the responsibility of MSF France as promoter in 12 sites in 6 countries: India (MSF project), Peru, Kazakhstan, Lesotho (PIH projects), Pakistan (IRD project) and Vietnam (UCSF project).
Mission
You work under the hierarchical responsibility of the Project Manager and take part in project management activities.
Together, you support a large multidisciplinary team specialized in clinical trials (scientific coordination, quality, pharmacy, data management and analysis, pharmacovigilance, laboratory, site monitoring), distributed among the different partners and some of which are based in Paris.
The endTB trial ended in 2023 and its results will be shared soon, and the endTB-Q trial will end in 2024.
The position of Information and Support Officer for the endTB project supports non-specific aspects of clinical trials and helps the project gain visibility.
Main responsibilities
Administrative :
· ensure the administrative management of the project
· Manage the travel of the central team
· Monitor service providers and subcontracting contracts
· Coordinate the organization of recruitment and participate in HR administrative aspects
· Ensure compliance with procedures within its scope
· Manage the project’s SharePoint
· Manage the endTB mailbox and keep contact lists up to date
· Produce monthly updates
· Help organize team meetings, take notes
· Support the team on various administrative aspects (signature management, etc.)
Communication :
Coordinate the external communication of the project on behalf of the endTB consortium, in conjunction with the investigators, the Project Manager, the PIH grant manager and the MSF France communication department
· Implement the endTB communication plan (in particular by coordinating the production of content), organize its collegial evaluation, then prepare and start implementing the endTB-Q communication plan
· Produce some of the communication content yourself
· Distribute communication content and keep the endTB website up to date
· Help sites develop and implement their communication plans in the project countries
Coordinate the organization of communication events (scientific conferences, webinars and others): coordination of logistical aspects, support for the preparation and submission of publications, preparation of communication materials, etc.
Participate in internal communication on the project in support of the Project Manager
Financial: participate in financial management and reporting of the endTB budget MSF France
· Carry out accounting monitoring, in conjunction with the financial department
· Update budget monitoring monthly, propose a critical analysis of the figures in relation to the activities implemented, implement monitoring actions validated with the Project Manager
· Participate in the half-yearly financial reporting for financiers
· Participate in the preparation of audits if necessary
· Participate in budget reviews where applicable

Profile :
Experience and training:
· Master 1 minimum, in a field including project management and an international dimension.
· At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
SKILLS :
· Experience in financial and administrative management.
· Very good command of the Office pack.
· Interest in public health: experience in the health field and more specifically clinical trials or medical innovations would be a plus.
· Good knowledge of MSF is a plus.

LANGUAGES :

**Status:**CDD of 4.5 months, full time. Position based in Paris, Jaurès metro station.
Salary conditions: €40,005 thousand gross annually over 13 months. 22 days RTT/year. Supplementary health care 100% covered by MSF. Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €9 (60% covered by MSF). 50% coverage of public transport subscription.
